Hello Friends,

My name is Steve. I am a retired business owner that likes to troubleshoot and fix things. I combine this with another internal need to help others in the community in profound ways. Servicing systems that provide comfortable air to people in the Central Valley is something I have chosen to do to satisfy these needs. I like to help anyone I can, particularly the poor, aged, and veterans that have risked their lives to serve our country.

With costs of living increasing, bills get higher and higher. I am hoping to help people get their air system cooling again without emptying their bank accounts.

I am honest, insured, have HVAC systems training, and have EPA 608 certification (Cert # yfpxltmt21).

**Because I have recently started this business to work as a service technician, I am required by law to disclose that I do not have a C-20 contractor’s licence, however, I am legally able to perform minor repairs.

This allows me to charge you less, because without needing the expensive equipment that major repairs require, I am able to keep my overhead low and pass on the savings to my customers.

Also, I use current technology to help diagnose and troubleshoot issues with greater accuracy than traditional methods. For example, one of the units I worked on had more experienced technicians work on it before me. But, when summer came the AC wouldn’t turn on. I checked the wiring to the capacitor and it matched the wiring diagram of the unit. But, when I tested the wires by their purpose, for some reason they did not match the colors the manual stated. And when I set them up correctly, everything worked well, and has ever since.
